Very new hotel in a new area by the Love Airport. There is some stuff you can walk to (if you don't have a car). Gym was new, pool liked nice and was even warm enough to swim in April. Like all Aloft hotels it has a nice hip interior but is still very comfortable.

The company put us here for a few days for a training. I live in a quiet area in central Europe and the hotel is very noisy, being next to the motorway and the airport. The breakfast is non-existent. You can order Burger but there is no buffet. The gym is ok. The air conditioning in the room is not quiet 🤪.

I am Platinum with Marriott and enjoy the Aloft brand. This hotel, however is nothing like the national brand. It’s actually as if this hotel is run by another company! The bar can’t add your tab to the room. The bar has solo cups for all the patrons. I was in shock there was almost no glassware. The people next to me ordered two martinis. There was no one at the bar and the bartender let them know she only had one glass on hand! Let’s order a $18 martini and put it in a a solo cup. It was unbelievable when I realized they only had one glass. Wine glasses were actually glass water cups. No red or white glasses. I was most bothered that you can’t put anything from the bar on the room. I have never seen that. I asked for a paper receipt and that was not an option either. I hope whoever runs this place reads this and goes to stay at a real Marriott property to see how it’s done. Because what I saw today was more like a motel 6.

Armel provided me with excellent customer service. As soon we walked in he was very up beat and positive. We arrived early and there was not a room available. He explained that to us and made every effort to keep us up to speed as to the progress of our checking in. As soon as a room became available, he informed us and we checked in. His Excellent Customer Service was greatly appreciated.

We stayed at the Aloft/Element for 9 days and our stay was great! The hotel is clean and service was excellent! Armel at the front desk was outstanding. He provided us with awesome customer service and with a smile! The hotel provides shuttle service to the airport. They also had Happy Hour for their guests...wines, beer, cheese tray. Breakfast was great the first 6 days we stayed there, great choices! The last three days I think they changed the cook and it wasn't the same. Everything seemed overcooked. The cook was loud demanding Anthony to do this do that. I felt her voice was too loud. Overall our stay was pleasant and we will stay there again!
